The Spiral Path (6 weeks)

$300.00

The spiral symbol has been making itself known to me for as long as I can remember, however, the idea for this space first arrived in late 2022 while I was living in New Orleans. I had spent a majority of the year processing three major endings in my life and felt, to put it mildly — abandoned, uninspired, directionless, and a passive victim to death, change, and grief.

Creating a personal protocol that was practical, magickal, and creative allowed me to fully step into the energy of The Fool regardless of my fears, doubts, excuses, and very real pain. Working within the realm of the six themes outlined below helped support and guide me in doing so. In this class, you will also be guided by the spirits of the accompanying films for each theme within The Spiral Path.

The Spiral Path is ultimately about the excavation of new, old, ancient, abandoned, fallen, and forgotten pathways. It is about the discovery and carving out of oneself. About the creation of a new(er) self and world. About our personal and collective history, what almost was, and what could be. The Spiral Path is about all of us. We are each connected by its many passages, and even those who feel “lost” within it are still walking the path before them. No one is ever too far gone. I truly believe that.

What to expect:

  1. A space to say “no” to being graceful, perfect, or palatable.

  2. A space to reorient and refine how you walk the walk and talk the talk.

  3. A space to remember what matters while navigating distractions, disasters, and dreams.

  4. A space to remember love, how you love yourself, and how you show up as love in the world.

  5. A space to release your wild, feral self through physical, creative, emotional, and intuitive practices.

  6. A space to sit with the energy of loss and grief and learn to trust in where it is taking you, why it is taking you there, and a better understanding of the motivation behind where you wish to go.

  7. A space to go from fear, freeze, or discomfort when encountering uncertainty to guided curiosity and exploration through the unknown.

  8. A space that is here to hold and address a wider, more collective perspective of our humanity alongside what we wish to individually unpack, process, and prioritize.

Please note: this is not a single day class. This is a 6 week journey (starting on 1/26 through 3/2) and you will have access to the materials explored inside indefinitely!

What does it mean to be a seeker? How do we do it? Who still prays? To what idols? In what temple? Who sits at your table and for what reasons? What is actually nourishing? What is only eating you or leaves you feeling empty? How does the little picture (your life) fit within the big collective picture? How are you connecting to your body, mind, and soul? How does creativity support the ends and beginnings happening within and around you? What is your favorite film genre, story, or character? How has the movement of a character within another world impacted or influenced you? What lessons have you learned? What keeps repeating?

The creation and commitment to The Spiral Path is what brought me back to life in a real way and it is something that I have returned to again and again. Are you ready to center life? Are you ready to return?

Sit with the questions below and be honest about how each response (or reaction) feels in your body. Listen to your no’s, your yes’s, and your I don’t know’s. They are all information. There is no shame in what becomes activated within you. Be a neutral witness as much as possible. Ask a friend (or furry companion) to sit with you if that feels supportive and helpful.

Are you ready to sit with the parts of you that have died or are dying, lay them to rest, and remember aliveness? Are you ready to meet yourself more deeply and acknowledge that what you feel is lost or missing not only exists, but is available to you? Are you ready to step into devotion and acknowledge all that you know you deserve? Are you ready to honor your unique path in spite of the horrors? Are you ready to walk an oftentimes solo journey alongside 13 other souls? Are you ready to practice trust?

If you are open to divine and creative support (with an emphasis on self-trust), some light structure (Virgo rising here), and are prepared (excited even!) to say yes to the inner journey that dictates both our rich inner lives and the ways we move through the world, I am calling you in.

The journey begins on January 26th.

See you inside,

Adriana Michelle
