What to expect:
Channeled and intuitive messages from Spirit, my primary guide (Santa Muerte), my ancestors, as well as guidance from our collective messengers and protectors — Earth, Air, Fire, Water.
The purpose of this session is to help carry you through a transition or the death of self or a situation. It is meant to better prepare you for a change, new beginnings, and the rebirth that is knocking on your door. However, you still need to answer, lock certain doors, seek other paths, take action, or even surrender. Please arrive open to movement (can be done seated or standing) ranging from breath work to dance.
The four pillars below were created to both ground and move you through this time, and in order for you to become empowered — to remember your humanity, your divinity, and your place in the collective.
What you will learn:
1. Your current energy & any past energy that is being activated to witness, further process, and learn from
2. What feeling into this transition (and a new beginning) could look like for you, signs to look for, and activations
3. How to recognize, invite in, and surrender to both human and spirit support during this time (film and song downloads are common)
4. Ways to tune into and support your physical and energetic body while moving through expected and unexpected change.
